If you purchased your subscription through your internet service provider, you can manage your subscription in your ISP personal account or by contacting your ISP's support service.
If it was your My Kaspersky account you can turn off auto-renewal any time at Subscription section as described below. The way to turn off your subscription auto-renewal depends on the site subscription was purchased on. You can purchase a subscription using your My Kaspersky account or using one of these service providers – Digital River, Nexway, 2Checkout or Allsoft.
You can manage subscription auto-renewal only for active subscriptions. You select whether to use auto-renewal or to pay manually when you initially purchase your subscription. You will be charged a renewal fee - we will remind you about the upcoming payment beforehand via email.
